What can be more exciting and natural in the life of any woman than motherhood? This is what we are made for; this is our amazing privilege and gift! Women who have children say that after they had their first baby they realised that they had never been truly happy before the magical moment of giving birth.

Pregnancy is a very delicate period in the woman’s life. Most women recall it as the most wonderful and magical nine months of their lifetime. Try to make them as pleasant as possible and enjoy these wonderful days fully, and you will have great memories later! These nine months will pass with such a wild speed that it will seem like you have not been pregnant at all – one day you find out that you’re expecting and than there is a huge gap and here you are, holding this charming little creature that you love more than anything else in the world. If you don’t want these nine months to be a gap, follow some of these pieces of advice.

It is a very good idea to hire a professional photographer to make a portfolio for you in various stages of your pregnancy. It is important that the photographer really likes his job and understands your desire to make the most memorable photos in your life. These photos have to show the gentle feminine “you”, and fully depict your happiness and excitement.

But if you cant or don’t want to hire a photographer, get some pictures taken by your friends and relatives. Have a creative attitude towards this – the lack of professionalism and special equipment can be compensated with creativeness and, for instance, sepia or black and white couloring, which will look really stylish and beautiful. It is a very good idea to make co-portraits with the father of a child. Use the most creative of your ideas to make really positive and optimistic pictures. You don’t necessarily have to demonstrate your belly in the pictures – just be yourself, and the main thing for you is to be comfortable. But nevertheless, try to avoid wearing large or bulky clothes for your pictures. It is the pregnancy and the belly you want to remember – there is nothing to be ashamed of. Modern maternity clothes are specially designed to be comfortable for you and at the same time to point out your beauty and feminity.

I will give you one very interesting and creative idea. Make a set of nine photos depicting you wearing the same clothes and sitting in the same position, each taken in the end of each month of your pregnancy. This will result in very interesting photo-chronicles of your pregnancy. This is just one of the numerous creative ideas that can be used and applied, and you will surely find some of them to make your pregnancy truly memorable!

It is very beneficial to exercise when you are pregnant. The first thing you have to do is ask your doctor whether it is safe for you to exercise. For most women it is not a problem. You have to make sure you are exercising correctly. Now that you are carrying a baby your normal routine may change. Walking and light weights are safe and effective. If you were not big on exercising before you got pregnant you should start off slowly. Every workout routine should start with a warm up and end with a cool down. Start with five minutes of warming up, then ten minutes of exercise and end with five more minutes of cooling down. You can add an additional five to ten minutes to your routine every few days. Gradually increasing the time you spend working out, helps your body adjust without over doing it and without getting sore muscles. Your routine can go up to thirty minutes to an hour a day. Keeping up your routine is also important. About three to four days a week is a healthy routine to get into. Always remember to cool down before you end your workout. This may include light stretching or walking slowly. Without a cool down you may experience dizziness, nausea, or faintness.

While some people think that housing, government, politics, entertainment, mortgages, banking, philosophy, and religion are among the most interesting subjects of intellectual discussion I believe that the care and education we have about our children and the birth and development of our children, may rank even higher. I, Isaac Robert Toussie, believe that children are our future, and if you pardon my expression, I believe they represent the greatest miracle G-d has ever given us.

It is very important to drink lots of fluids before and after you exercise. Before you begin, you want to make sure you are well hydrated so that you can complete your routine without dehydrating. After your routine a lot of the fluids are lost through perspiration and you want to make sure to replace them. You should also make sure to eat a little more. About an additional 150-200 calories for every half hour of exercising. This makes sure that you do not lose or gain too much weight. The healthy amount of weight to gain when you are pregnant is about 30 pounds. Eating right and exercising are very good for you and your baby. You must be careful not to gain too little, you have to nourish your growing baby and don’t worry if you gain a little more than that, you’ll just have a little more to lose after you give birth.
