Purchasing a Basal Body Thermometer and taking your temperature every morning will help to chart when your menstrual cycle will be. By charting your temperature it will tell you when you will next ovulate. Having sex during your ovulations times will give you the best chances for pregnancy.
You can also purchase an ovulation predictor test. This test is taken almost exactly like a home pregnancy test and is very easy to use. This test detects Luteinizing Hormone levels in your urine. Right before you ovulate, your LH levels will increase cluing you that the time is right to start tying for that baby.
